The organizing committee welcomes you to Seattle, Washington, USA for the “7th Mini-symposium on the Blood-brain Barrier”. The organizers, Yoichi Morofuji, Bill Banks, Shelly Erickson, and Elizabeth Rhea extend their warmest greetings to you.
This meeting will be held at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Seattle. The VA has a rich tradition in research and has been the home base for legends in BBB, including William Oldendorf and Abba Kastin. In their spirit, we welcome talks and posters relating to any aspect of the BBB.
We look forward to exploring with you during this meeting the intricacies of the BBB and renewing our international acquaintances and friendships. We look forward to seeing you in the Emerald City, surrounded by forests, lakes, mountains, and sea.
